I did a little bit of crystal hunting last week to see if I could find some means of alternative treatments to sleep related problems. I have been having a lot of trouble with nightmares as well as feeling so unmotivated during my waking life. Things such as essential oils, incense, candles, mineral baths, meditation music, Reiki and other energy healing do the trick for me. Crystals, is also another essential part of the alternative stuff I do to treat my ailments. I found an Elestial quartz at the Metaphysical store in town and man I feel so lucky! I felt like I was meant to have the crystal as soon as one of the store’s employees handed it to me to get a feel on what it was like. I love this Brazilian crystal and it has helped me quite a bit. I also got Orange Calcite which has brought this lovely-warm fuzzy kind of energy into my home and around me whenever I wear it. Yay for crystals! =3
