When you are experiencing the ups and downs in the game we call life, remember that you don’t have to do this on your own. You will always have someone on your side whom you can trust and lean on. Don’t forget to reach out to them, especially when you know that deep down in your heart that you trust them. If not, then know that you’ll still always find that there is something or someone who you can lean on. AND also, the one you trust the most might also be the one who needs you the most.

Remember that you are always loved and needed in this world. You matter.
